Unfortunately, memberships are non-refundable but offer incredible value for a full year of adventures whilst supporting vital conservation efforts to help protect our local ecosystem.
When does my membership start?
Your membership is active from the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months.
What happens if I lose my membership details?

What happens to existing annual parking pass holders?
The annual parking pass has now been replaced by the Friends of Bewl Water membership. All existing pass holders will continue to enjoy their current benefits until their pass expires. To unlock additional Friends of Bewl Water perks, including exclusive discounts and Soft Play tickets, you can upgrade for just £10 by emailing hello@friendsofbewlwater.co.uk. When your annual parking pass expires, you’ll have the option to renew as a Friends of Bewl Water member and continue making the most of everything Bewl Water has to offer.

Are there any exclusions to the discounts?
Yes, discounts do not apply to Christmas at Bewl Water or paddle boarding. Please note 25% off Brakeburn clothing applies to new products only and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
No, discounts are exclusive to the membership holder.
As a member, you’ll receive a parking pass in your membership pack to display in your car for free parking all year round. Your membership confirmation email will include discount codes for 10% off parties, selected activities (Laser Tag, Aqua Park, Bike & Pedalo Hire), camping and yurts, and 25% off Brakeburn clothing. To enjoy 10% off at the Waterfront Café, simply show your membership card to a member of staff. You’ll also receive 12 free Soft Play tickets per year, which can be booked by logging into our booking platform with the email linked to your membership.
How does the free parking benefit work?
Your membership includes free parking for one registered vehicle for a full year. To take advantage of this benefit, you’ll receive a parking sign to display in your vehicle.
Can I change my registered vehicle during the year?
Yes, you can update your car registration, but only one vehicle can be registered at a time. To do so, contact our team on hello@friendsofbewlwater.co.uk
