First Stride Triathlon

Come and join us and our friends First Stride as the Bewl Water Sprint and Standard Triathlon returns for its second year, set amidst the stunning reservoir scenery!

Starting at 6am, participants will enjoy an open-water swim, a scenic bike ride through the Sussex countryside, and a picturesque run culminating in an uphill finish.
With chip timing for accurate results and custom-designed medals for all finishers, it’s set to be a spectacular day for pros and aspiring athletes alike, with friends and family welcome to watch and enjoy all the fun on offer here at Bewl Water.
